Mr. Wilkes is a co-founder of Capitol Strategies, a consulting group that presently assists companies with business organization, funding, and mergers and acquisitions. Richie organized and led a government business unit that designed government business portals and interoperable communication systems for Prosodie Interactive. Prior to employment with Prosodie, Mr. Wilkes worked as Vice President of Link2Gov and assisted in the development of all phases of company growth including business and product development. Before joining Link2Gov, Richie was President of MasterCom, a reseller of telecom services for several large telecom companies. Mr. Wilkes has extensive background with business development of telecom, internet, and communication applications in the Healthcare and government verticals.


Karen Stark

Ms. Stark is a technical and business consultant experienced working with global business leaders and extensive background with business development of software and telecommunication applications developed for complex national and global business processes. Ms. Stark is a graduate of Pepperdine University and attended the international studies program in Florence, Italy.  Her post college career began in the consumer customer service division of AT&T in 1995, advancing to global technical client management through 2004 before getting involved in funding, development, strategic support and planning of emerging technology businesses.
